With the Patented Baracuda Diaphragm, there is only one moving part and there is little to maintain with the Aquabuddy Automatic Pool Cleaner unlike expensive Robotic Pool Cleaners. The diaphragm’s strong reinforced outer ribbing is designed for a snap action pulse that makes it significantly more Durable with Increased Suction Power to deliver a Cleaner and Sparkling Pool.

Just connect the cleaner to your pool hose then to your Existing Pool Filtration System (any pump size of 0.37kW (0.5hp) to 1.5kW (2hp) is fine) and let the Cleaner do it's magic as it whirls, scrubs and sucks up all the dirt, algae, debris, leaves and bugs lining your pool floor with wide abandon. With its Rotating Wheel Deflector (especially useful for Above-Ground Pools), it can also navigate around corners fluidly like a dolphin. Better still, this Lightweight cleaner works Whisper Quiet without creating a racket that may irritate the neighbours.

The Aquabuddy Automatic Pool Cleaner is compatible for use with most In-Ground and Above-Ground pools of all types of surfaces except vinyl, fibreglass and cobblestone surfaces. It comes with the necessary accessories to get you started with minimum fuss. Exlcudes pool hose.

Notes:

1. This pool cleaner is not suitable for Vinyl, Fibreglass or Cobblestone surfaces and Splash or Unusual Shape pools.

2. Refer to the Owner's Manual for setting up the cleaner correctly to avoid disappointment. In particular, to prevent the cleaner getting stuck in one place, adjust the Speed Regulator and install the 3rd wheel underneath.

FAST DISPATCH

We aim to Dispatch items from the Warehouse within 1-2 Business Days. Orders placed during Weekends will be dispatched the Next Business Day.

For Standard Deliveries we use Australia Post but for Larger Items we use our preferred Couriers. We work with different Couriers to provide Reasonable Freight Costs and Quality Service. The type of Courier used is dependent upon Size & Weight of each item and your Postcode.

FAST DELIVERY

Under Normal Conditions, delivery will typically take between 3 and 8 Business Days after Dispatch, depending on your location. Remote Areas will require Longer Delivery Time.

If you are given a Tracking Number, please use it to Track the delivery Status of your Order.

Peak Holiday Periods such as the Christmas period and Unforeseen Events may impact delivery times.

DELIVERY AREAS

We deliver to most parts of Australia; however, we do not deliver to some Postcodes. Refer to “Undeliverable Postcodes” section below for further details.

We do not deliver some items to P.O. Boxes. Bulky items are sent by Courier and will need to be delivered to a Street Address.

TRACKING

Where available, we will include a Tracking Number in eBay when the item has been dispatched. We regret that some items are not eligible for Tracking.

Items must be returned to us within 30 days from Date of Purchase.
Items must be returned to us in Unused Condition, Complete and in Original Packaging.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL (D.O.A)

We are happy to Replace or Refund items which are Damaged on Arrival as per the following instructions:

Damaged on Arrival: If the item is Visibly Damaged, please Refuse the Delivery and ask the Courier to send the item back to our supplier. If possible, take a Photo or Video of the issue. Contact us via the Contact Seller link within 7 days to arrange a replacement.
Damaged When Unpacked: If, after opening the packaging, the Item found to be Damaged, please take a Photo or Video of the issue, repack the item and then contact us via the Contact Seller link within 7 days to arrange a replacement.
Items must be returned to us in Unused Condition, Complete and in Original Packaging.

WARRANTY CLAIM / FAULTY ITEM

If an item becomes Faulty during the Warranty Period, our supplier may offer to Repair, Replace or Refund the item depending on the issue. Please contact us immediately during the Warranty Period via the Contact Seller link for further instructions.

We may ask you to provide a Photo or Video of the problem to assist our Supplier process your claim.

We try our best to include all the Undeliverable Postcodes on the list, however, there are still a few Postcodes that are undeliverable for some items. Orders with no shipment service will be cancelled and fully refunded.
